Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

I saw this and had to have it. It's long, most bouquets are high, so this one was perfect. It was a fair price too. They had called me over the phone to tell me that they didn't have the color candles that were in the picture. We figured that out. While on the phone I inquired whether than had anything longer with the same fullness of flowers, they did. They told me the price, I agreed and that was that. Until I received the bill and it was $20 higher than they quoted. I called them and they said that the price was higher because the new quote was only for a longer vase. WTH? I would not pay $50 extra for a longer vase, who would? Anyway, I told them that is not what I agreed upon. She insisted so I said that I was going to pay it but this was our last transaction (I have spent nearly $1k with them in the past 7 months). No sooner did that come out of my mouth then she had a change of heart. She told me that she would give me the agreed upon quote with the same fullness of flowers. I was cautiously optimistic that she'd actually keep it full like it was in the original picture. When I arrived I saw that it was spectacular. Everything I'd hoped. It looks gorgeous on my dining table, ready for guests to admire and for me to relish for as long as it lives. ---- Florist's Response: Dear Gloria, I hope this message finds you well.
