If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I ordered 3 of these bouquets to be presented onstage at a corporate event. They were absolutely gorgeous!!! Very nice choice of flowers arranged perfectly. Recipients, event planners, hotel concierge & guests all oohed and aahed & asked where bouquets were from! Thanks for making me look good
