About Wholesale Flowers
Welcome to Wholesale Flowers & Supplies. We are a thirty-year-old business, housed in a 22,000 square foot brick and mortar store in the heart of San Diego, California. We sell to both the trade and general public.The store has five components:
1.An enormous walk-in cooler stocked with fresh-cut flowers and greens sold by the bunch. We also have a separate tropical cooler stocked with cut orchids, tropical flowers and greens. Finally, we have a retail display cooler with dazzling arrangements for cash and carry or delivery. If you do not immediately see the entrance to the coolers, please ask one of our helpful team members. We sell potted orchids, mini specialty orchids, house plants and pre-made dish gardens.
2. An award-winning full-service design department that provides fee-based services for flower presentation wraps. This is where clients may either choose their own bunches or request assistance. The design team can also create beautiful arrangements for special occasions, funerals, event work and weddings to order. 3. The store has a vast array of floral supplies including but not limited to vases and containers in glass, wood, metal, resin, concrete, plastic and ceramic. We stock baskets, decorative accents, floral accessories and ribbon for our DYI clients.
4. Our silk and décor room is packed with all manner of faux flowers, artificial greener, silk leaves and plants. You’ll be amazed by our selection of exquisite custom silk arrangements and stylized planters. If you prefer, we will custom design silks to your specifications or refreshed your own favorites that need care.
5. Our internet sales department accepts on-line orders for shipping throughout the US and Canada.

Can I request certain flowers or colors?
Of course! You can let us know your preferred flowers or color palette. While some blooms may be seasonal or limited, we’ll do our best to create an arrangement that reflects your vision.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If the recipient isn’t available, our driver will either leave the flowers in a safe spot or, if needed, arrange a re-delivery at a later time.
Do you deliver flowers to hospitals, offices, or event venues in San Diego?
Yes, we deliver to homes, hospitals, businesses, and venues across San Diego. Please provide the full address and any delivery notes during checkout.
Can I include add-ons with my bouquet or arrangement?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of flower delivery add-ons to personalize your arrangement such as small gifts or keepsakes. You’ll see available add-ons on each product page and again at checkout.
How do I make my flowers last longer?
Trim the stems, place them in fresh water, and keep the arrangement in a cool spot away from direct sunlight to extend their life.
